    The Spring Mindset Retreat will be held April 10, 2026 (with sessions spanning that weekend).

    Location

    The exact venue will be shared with registered participants upon confirmation of payment.

  • Your Registration Covers:

    • All coaching and mindset-development sessions led by Dr. Hutchins.

    • Group connection circles, guided reflection, and journaling work.

    • A retreat workbook (“Mindset Matters”) and alignment kit.

    • A choice of accommodation package: Private Room, Shared Room, or Day-Pass (no overnight).

    • Meals and refreshments during the retreat portion (specifics of meals will be communicated before the event).

    • Travel to and from the venue.

    • Optional spa or excursion add-ons (if offered).

    • Lodging upgrade beyond the selected package.

    • Personal expenses beyond what is described.

    • Private Room Experience: Your own room — ideal for solitude, rest and personal alignment.

    • Shared Room Experience: Room shared with another participant — great for connection and sisterhood.

    • Day Pass Experience: Attend the daytime sessions, but lodging is not included.

  • Yes — multiple payment options offered:

    • For Private or Shared Rooms: Full Payment up front, OR 6-Month Payment Plan, OR Every-2-Weeks Payment Plan.

    • For Day Pass: Full Payment OR 4-Month Payment Plan.
      Payment plans are automatically drafted in line with your selected schedule.  

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. Payment plans cannot be cancelled once initiated. However, the ticket may be transferable to another person (subject to approval). Please contact us for details; assistant@themindologistdoc.com

  • Yes — transfers are possible with prior approval from the retreat organizers. Please contact assistant@themindologistdoc.com to request a transfer.

  • You’ll want to come prepared to engage and relax:

    • Comfortable clothing for sessions and downtime.

    • Notebook/journal and favorite pen.

    • Any personal items you’ll need for an overnight stay (if applicable).

    • A positive, open mindset ready to receive and participate!

    • (Optional) Personal water bottle, headphones for reflection, etc.

  • You’ll experience:

    • Morning mindset + meditation sessions.

    • Guided journaling and reflective exercises.

    • Group coaching and connection circles.

    • Restorative moments for reflection, rest and renewal.
      Exact session times will be shared after registration.

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat venue or dates change, organizers will notify attendees as soon as possible and provide replacement options. No refunds will be given, per policy.

  • We strive to create an inclusive and accessible environment. If you have mobility, dietary or other special needs, please notify us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • Participants agree to adhere to venue rules, respect other attendees, and notify organizers of any health conditions that may affect their participation. You are responsible for your own health, travel insurance and safe arrival/departure.
